K&N MX XStream Air Filters

g installation cult on many dii because of the confined shapes and small openings their airboxes. K&N `s solution: the two-piece MX XStream elements ($80 to $130). With the rear end cap removed, the main element can be squeezed or distorted just enough to slip into place; then it's easy to plug the cap into place and tighten the securing nut or bolt. A deep, double-lip seal prevents dirt from seeping between the two pieces. Although K&N debuted this two-piece design a couple of years ago, the company now has elements to fit practically every dirt bike made, including some dating back more than three decades.
