Riverside Rally

Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia will be the site of the 74th Crusaders Motorcycle Club’s seventh annual Riverside Rally. Registration starts at noon on August 2 with events scheduled through August 5. Door County Tour

Registration starts on Friday, September 6 at 1 ;00 p.m. through Saturday noon at the Quietwoods Campground in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, for the eighth annual Door County Tour. Riders will leave at 7:45 a.m. from McDonald’s in Des Plaines, Illinois, Oakton Street at Route 45. Northern riders will meet at the Amoco gas station at 10:1 5 a.m., Expressway Exit 24 at Routes 33 and 43. Everyone will then meet at Stebin's Hotel in Algoma, Wisconsin. Included in the tour will be a poker run. seenic rides, a hot dog roast, dinner and dancing plus an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast. Fund-Raising Run

The Lost Wheels Motorcycle Club presents its 10th annual memorial poker run for the Leukemia Society of America on September 8. Live music, food, beverages, games, trophies and a 50/50 raffle along with door prizes will be featured. Vendors will also be available. Donations are $9 per person with all proceeds going to the LSA. Registration goes from 9:00 a.m. until noon at the Duchess Mall. Route 9 and I84 in Fishki 11. New York. Contact the club at P.O. Calling All Clubs

Motorcycle groups and organizations who are looking for new touring sites for weekend runs might be interested in a scenic route that trav-> els the California wine country to a campground in the redwoods. Located 1 2 miles south of Garberville on the Eel river, the 40-acre site has facilites for preparing hundreds of meals including a stage for live entertainment. Riding Radio Hams

If you happen to enjoy motorcycling and licensed radio amateur operations, the Amateur Radio Motorcycle Club has had about 600 hams riding and meeting “on the air" for three years on a weekly basis. Gold Wing Rally

The Gold Wing Road Riders Association. Virginia Chapter C, is hosting a Region B rally in Hampton, Virginia on October 1 1 -1 3. As part of the 375th anniversary celebration of the founding of Hampton, the rally will be held at the historical Chamberlin Hotel on the Cheaspeake Bay. United Sidecar Rally

The Southern California chapter of the United Sidecar Association presents “San Diego Daze, Havasu Nites" on November 9-11. The rally site is at Echo Lodge Resort, Parker Dam, California. The $8 preregistration fee includes field events, a poker run, a road tour, and eligibility for prizes and awards. Camping fees and the banquet are separate. Riverfront campsites are available by pre-registration only. A grand tour is scheduled on Sunday through Lake Havasu, Oatman and Laughlin, Nevada and all points in between. Year-End Event

The seventh annual Great Midwestern States Jo Daviess County Apple River Canyon Rally will be held on October 10-1 3 at Apple River Canyon State Park in Apple River. Illinois. The events scheduled are field trials, wine and cheese tasting, road runs, scenic tours, entertainment, and an awards banquet. There will be a steak fry, pancake breakfasts and an on-going coffee hospitality tent. Primitive campsites are available.
