REAR BRAKE CABLES
Regular rear brake rods can be a real pain sometimes; they bend easily and often break. Terrycable has the answer, exposed brake cables like KTM, Honda and Suzuki have been using. They have cables to fit Huskys and Maicos plus replacement units for KTMs. Braided aircraft quality steel cables have a plastic coating to prevent rust. KEIHIN RACING CARBURETORS FOR 550S
Keihin’s 26mm CR racing carb kits are available for Kawasaki, Yamaha and Suzuki 550s. These carbs are claimed to flow more air than any other available for 550s. BREMBO OFF-ROAD DISC BRAKE KIT
For a mere $195 you can make that old off-road scoot stop as well as the new models. DISC BRAKE QUIET
Most disc brake squealing is caused by vibration and Disc Brake Quiet is formulated to stop the vibration. The thick fluid is applied to the back side of each brake pad (after the pads are removed from the caliper), allowed 10 min. drying time and then reassembled. End of squeal, according to CRC Chemicals. Disc Brake Quiet is available from motorcycle and auto parts stores.
