TRIUMPH "TINA" SCOOTER

THE Triumph Engineering Co., Ltd., has announced a new addition to their well known line of motorcycles, the new Tina motor scooter to be sold in Triumph dealers’ showrooms, as well as in a certain number of scooter showrooms. The Tina should have wide appeal due to its fully automatic operation via an infinitely variable automatic transmission. Controls have been reduced to just throttie and brake which should appeal to many novice riders.

Its power plant is a single cylinder, 6.1 cubic inch, two-stroke engine of under 5 hp. It employs a high output flywheel magneto for ignition and the lighting is supplied with current directly from a generator. Maximum speed is over 40 mph and fuel consumption is about 100 mpg; price will be under $340.00.
