WHY IT'S DESIRABLE: The CBR600RR has always been a great bike, but when Honda redesigned it for 2007, it got even better because the weight had been reduced to a feathery 384 pounds. Complementing its svelte figure was a flexible engine. The CBR took Best Middleweight honors in Cycle World's Ten Best in 2007 and '08. Here's what we had to say: "As a streetbike, it can do no wrong. The engine cranks out impressive horsepower and is tractable all the way down in the rev-range basement.
