NHTSA Recall No. 11V346000 Manufacturer: Polaris Industries, Inc. Models: 2004-2011 Victory Kingpin, 2006-2011 Victory Jackpot Number of units affected: 1688 Problem: Certain of these motorcycles manufactured between January 1,2004, and May 1,2011, were equipped with accessory seats, part #287664-01, Kingpin Touring Double Backrest Seat; and part #287596101, Jackpot Touring Seat With Backrest. The backrest support on these seats can separate from the rest of the seat while in use, potentially causing a passenger to fall from the motorcycle. Remedy: Victory dealers will replace the affected seats free of charge. Owners not receiving this remedy can contact Victory at 888/704-5290.

NHTSA Recall NO.11V413000 Manufacturer: Ducati North America Model: 2011 Diavel Number of units affected: 919 Problem: On certain of these motorcycles built between May 18,2010, and June 13, 2011, the sidestand was manufactured with insufficient material in the pivot area. This could result in the bending and breakage of the sidestand in the pivot area, allowing the motorcycle to fall over and possibly injure the rider or others near the motorcycle. Remedy: Ducati dealers will replace the sidestand and pivot bolt free of charge. Owners not receiving this remedy can contact Ducati at 800/231-6696.
