Spitfire and Stinger are sold unassembled but complete, you supply the labor and paint. Choose from four pre-assembled limited-warranty engines, as well, two each from S&S and house-brand RevTech in 88 or 100 cubic-inch displacements. CCI (www.customchrome.com) says build time is just 40 hours, but that only a fraction of its kits are assembled by the end-user. Most are purchased through the Morgan Hill, Californiabased company’s network of dealers, and then put together on-site by shop mechanics with input from the owner.K
