Titan has teamed with Shelby American to produce a limited-edition custom cruiser that will complement automotive-icon Carroll Shelby's new Series 1 Roadster. Plans call for the Titan Series 1 to pair a 113-cubic-inch, S&S-based V-Twin with a lightweight, chromoly-steel frame. Many components, such as the billet-aluminum wheels, six-piston brake calipers and carbon-fiber fenders, were penned to mimic those

of the V-Eight-engined, fiber-glass-bodied Roadster. The result, claims company CEO Frank Keery, will be the highest power-to-weight ratio of any production motorcycle. Avail able this summer, the bikes will be numbered, come with a cer tificate of authenticity and wear Shelby's signature on the gas tank. Suggested retail price will be-ouch!-$49,995.
