Most riders are glad to get out and enjoy the spring weather, but ice racers have packed up and are looking ahead to next season.

A handful of the spiked-wheel set are devouring the ice on Jawa's latest creation. Most ice racers have rigid rear ends, but the Jawa features a monoshock rear suspension. Fewer than five of the Czechoslovakian, 500cc, alcohol burning bikes have been imported to the United States, costing around $5500 each, according to a Jawa importer.
