A good pair off-road boots can cost, well, an arm and a leg. That's why TCX developed its Comp 2 ($270), a fully featured design that doesn't carry such a hefty price. The Comp 2 has the same Torsion Control System found on the top-of-the-line Pro 2, but without the inner booty, allowing easier ingress and egress. Shock Doctor Eject Helmet Removal System
Removing a competitor's helmet in the event of a crash is now a no-brainer for trackside medical personnel. Eject, Shock Doctor's helmet removal system, uses a compact air bladder that fits under the crown lining. A tube runs from the bladder to the base of the helmet. Inflating the bladder via the tube and supplied screwon squeeze bulb lifts the helmet off the wearer's head. Eject ($70) is mandatory for all AMA Supercross and Outdoor National Motocross Series riders.
