Nearly $1 million had been directed toward environmental studies, while no new facilities to improve recreation areas have been added. This, said Congress, was contrary to the reason the Nation al Use Demo Fees were implemented, and that such spending by the BLM was a misuse of funds.

Said H-D Vice President Lara Lee, "We're eager to get going with the museum development. Hundreds of thousands of Harley-Davidson customers are looking forward to visiting Milwaukee and the wo~d-class destination that's in store."
