ROUNDUP
THREE WAY
German Carl Benz may be credited with the first automobile, though his 19th-century creation had a tricyclelike three wheels. Ditto the carbonfiber Go-One, which may soon qualify as a motorcycle. For moment, the fully ensed single-seater {www.go-one.biz) is classified as a “Fluman Powered Vehicle,” owing to its bicycleoriented Shimano drivetrain. By the end of the year, however, plans include the addition of an 800-watt electric-assist motor. A diesel-electric version-and the hoped-for motorcycle status-is also in the offing.
