BMW’s tight-lipped, so until this uprated machine hits our shores, coo philes will have to make do with the R1100S BoxerCup, a spin-coo-for-corners Beemeroff of the track specials raced on European MotoGP weekends by ex-500cc GP stars Randy Mamola and Kevin Schwantz, among others. The non-ABS street version, available only in Titan Silver Metallic, features a larger battery and alternator, lower handlebars, stiffer suspension and a 5.5-inchwide rear wheel. Suggested retail price is $11,990.
