Nmra Starts 750cc Sportsman Class

NMRA STARTS 750cc SPORTSMAN CLASS

The National Motorcycle Racing Assn. (NMRA) has established a new class, similar to Pro Stock, for the 1981 season. Maximum engine size for the new class will be 760cc. Maximum carburetor size will be limited to 34mm and maximum cam lift of 0.460 in. Wheelbase will be restricted to 4.0 in. less than current Pro Stock rules and no models older than 1978 will be allowed.
