FOX FACTORY SHOX

The newest models from MX Fox are called Fox Factory Shox. They are an air/ oil/spring shock designed to fit all late model dual shock motocross bikes. Features include two stage progressive or Straight rate springs, adjustable high and low speed rebound and compression damping, and 30 sec. disassembly for adjusting and maintenance. The remote reservoir models are designed for hard riding pro motocrossers and go for $275 complete with mounting hardware and springs. The same basic shocks without the reservoir cost $225 a pair and work fine for trail riding, enduros and non-pro racers. And the reservoirs can be purchased and added on later if desired.

BARNETT CLUTCH KIT FOR THE GS1 100

Barnett’s GS1100 kit uses copper plated steel alloy drive plates and high silicone content heavy duty clutch springs; greatly extending the life of the clutch. Barnett says the copper plating dissipates heat faster than unplated parts, reducing slippage and wear due to deformed parts. Barnett clutches are available from dealers or Barnett Tool, CW-11, P.O. DG HATS

Cowboy hats are the latest fad and DG has one of the nicest designs we have seen. They are made from high quality straw with a permanent block and come in sizes 6 ⅞ to 7 5/8 in ⅛ in. increments. Rainbow bands with motorcycle logos or the DG logo are offered. Straw weave and coloration vary as does the hand selected feather plume, giving each one a custom look. K & N DUAL OVAL FILTERS

These compact 4-into-2 filters are avail able for Honda CB750, CB75OF, Suzuki GS750/1000, and Kawasaki KZ1000. They also fit 29mm Mikuni smooth bores. JARDINE FAIRING

Jardine’s fairing is a handlebar mount design that’s made from high impact acrylic. It’s a precision moulded unit assembled with plastic safety screws that are designed to break away upon impact. Mounting is quick and simple, employing handlebar clamps and stalks much like regular wind screens. The Jardine Fairing is designed to sell for around $100.
