TZ 250 RACING FRAME

Made from 4130 aircraft seamless tubing, TIG welded and featuring an oval section swing arm, this new frame from D.K.G. weighs only 37 lb. Fuel tank, steering stem and shock bolts are aluminum. Axle and swing arm bolts are made from hollow, heat-treated, stainless steel. Tapered roller bearings are used at the steering head and swing arm pivot. A flush-mount aircraft filler cap is included and custom mounts are available upon request. WISECO SUPER LIGHT PISTONS

New from Wiseco are forged, super light pistons for Suzuki, Yamaha and Honda 125 motocrossers. The piston walls are thinner than normal, reducing weight and allowing greater engine rpm and response. Two chrome-plated, Swedish steel rings measuring 0.024 in. are used. Greater piston skirt control, better combustion heat transfer, improved compression, and increased horsepower are claimed. HALLMAN SUZUKI DR FRAME KIT

Torsten Hallman now has frame kits for the DR Suzukis. The proven Aberg Yamaha frame is used with modified engine mounts so the DR will slip right in. The kit consists of frame, steering bearings, aluminum swing arm and aluminum engine mounts. Frame bracketry will allow fitting the new RMN tank and seat.
