OHLIN GAS SHOCKS

Ohlin (pronounced Oh-lean) Gas Shocks are currently the most widely used suspension components in Grand Prix Motocross. Of the 34 starters at the Spanish round of the 250 GP series. 28 used Ohlin Shocks, including winner Harry Everts! These Swedish made, hand assembled shocks are available exclusively at authorized Husqvarna dealers throughout the U.S.

Shocks are now available for the following makes and models:

Husqvarna—’77-’78 CR models, available with Cross Country or Motocross damping.

Maico—77-78 250, 400, 450 models, Motocross damping only.

Suzuki—’77-78 125, 250, 370, 400 models, Motocross damping only.

KTM—78 125, 250, 400 models, available with Cross Country or Motocross damping.

These shocks come complete with springs and all mounting hardware. Each pair is fitted with the proper damping and spring rate for that application. Complete spare parts and spring selections are available through Husqvarna dealers.

SUNDIAL

This new solid brass sundial is portable and doubles as a compass. To use, turn the inside ring one-quarter turn to form a right angle with the outside ring. (One side of the inner ring is marked Daylight Savings Time and the other side Standard time.)

To tell time: Face north and allow the sundial to hang freely. Gently turn the unit until the arrow is pointing north. The shadow cast by the arrow shaft will indicate the correct time.

To use as a compass: Turn until the arrow shaft falls across the correct time of day and the arrow will point north.
