MINI FORK KIT
Number 1 Products has developed a new fork modification kit for the Honda XR75 and the Yamaha YZ80. The kit, designated M2, replaces the earlier M1 kit, and lists for $19.95. The kit contains valving plus fork springs and is claimed to transform the mini forks into excellent suspension units.

CDI IGNITION
Big 4, Inc. has the Mototek CDI, a breakerless capacitive discharge ignition for single-cylinder motorcycles. It converts standard flywheel magneto or ET ignition to a breakerless CDI. The basic unit, CD-15, connects to your existing ignition coil. The other available model, CD-31, contains a special CD-design ignition coil claimed to give the engine an extra performance margin. A single-cylinder motorcycle that has a flywheel magneto ignition will convert to CDI with Mototek. It works on both two-stroke and four-stroke engines. SUZUKI CASESAVERS

MINI MOTOCROSS FORKS
Betor 28-mm mini motocross forks with forged aluminum triple clamps are available from DG Performance Specialties. The forks have chrome vanadium springs guaranteed not to sag. With springs, oil and axle the fork weighs less than 15 lb. and has 7 in. of travel. The forks are available for Suzuki RM80, Yamaha YZ80 and Honda XR75 . TT500 OIL COOLER
The Derale High Performance Oil Cooler kit for the Yamaha TT500 includes a cooler, all necessary oil lines, clamps, tie straps, instructions, and screening for ventilating the front number plate. The cooler fits between the fork tubes in a protected position.
Derale coolers are said to have internal turbo-action center louvers, which create turbulance in the oil flow for maximum cooling and fin louvers to boost air flow through the cooler for good heat transfer and oil cooling.

FILTRON PODS
Filtron pod air filters are made from oven-tempered polyvinyl chloride that is said to be retardant to fuels, oils and engine heats. The charcoal-colored foam is encased under a stainless steel top. Each Filtron pod utilizes a backfire protective screen and is washable and reusable.
The Honda pods, part number MCK 518, are priced at $25.95 for a set of four, while Kawasaki and Suzuki fours utilize part number MCK 245, which retail for $18.50 for a set of four.
