WINTER CONVERSION
The Snow Job winter conversion system for motorcycles replaces the bike’s wheels with a pair of tracks and a ski for use in the snow. The bike can easily be reconverted for road use. The snow job system is sold in two packages. The larger one contains the Snow Job unit plus the ski and fork extender. The second package contains the special adapters peculiar to each make and model of motorcycle and is ordered separately. NYLON SPROCKET
Pro Line Racing Products has introduced a duplex chain coupled with a nylon sprocket. The chain is said to support more than twice the load of a single row chain and the rear sprocket receives the chain with a cushioning effect, impregnating itself with chain lube and quietly revolving, reducing unsprung weight. BIO DEGRADABLE OIL
Aerospace Techniques has introduced a new lubricant that is said to be non-polluting, for two-cycle engines. CASLER LIFT STAND
Casler Performance Products has introduced a motorcycle lift stand which is claimed to be ideal for trackside or home repairs. The stand is constructed of heavy duty aluminum and is completely adjustable to accommodate any size machine. A sturdy, full-sized hand grip lifts the bike from front, center or rear. The unit, which disassembles easily for transporting or storage, is available through local dealers.
DRY GRAPHITE SPRAY
A new package for dgf 123, dry graphite film lubricant spray, has been announced by Miracle Power Products Corp., Dept. CW-10,1 101 Belt Line St., Cleveland, OH 44109. The lubricant is said to protect against overheating, scuffing, scoring, seizing, rust and corrosion.
